Beale Place Warehouse

Project Summary

The building has a warehouse space of approximately 1600m2 and a two storey office space.

A 5m x 32m covered canopy is attached to the western side of the warehouse.

The external walls are mainly precast concrete panels. The office external walls on the north and west elevations will be aluminium glazed shopfront. Internal walls are timber framed with GIB lining.

The knee height of the building is 10.4m rising to 12m at the apex.
