Project Summary

The recent completion of the Pacifica Penthouse for Hengyi marks a significant achievement, showcasing our dedication to high-level craftsmanship and bespoke joinery with premium materials such as stone and timber. This project blends function with aspirational form, epitomizing luxury living in Auckland.
Apartment 5402, a 355-square-metre penthouse, features four spacious bedrooms, including two master-sized rooms, each with an ensuite. The penthouse also includes a powder room, a flexible space for a study, an expansive laundry, a butler’s pantry, and a cocktail bar. Discreet custom joinery conceals practical amenities, maintaining a seamless and elegant aesthetic. The fluid layout allows residents to transition effortlessly between zones, with high-end finishes like stone and timber enhancing the luxurious and timeless appeal of the space.
One level below, Apartment 5303 offers a darker-toned interior that utilizes clever spatial planning to maximize its smaller footprint. This apartment boasts tranquil views of Auckland Harbour Bridge and Sky Tower, creating a warm, timeless elegance. The interior design features a curved sofa setting and floating chairs by Coco Republic, directing attention to the stunning views. Curated artworks from Parnell Gallery, plush tactile materials, timber floors, and rendered walls enrich the space. The natural elements outside are brought inside through striking stone cladding, evoking both sturdy luxury and elemental rawness.

The construction of the Pacifica Penthouse for Hengyi demonstrates our commitment to combining function with aspirational form. Through the use of high-end finishes, bespoke joinery, and meticulous design, each apartment not only meets but exceeds expectations of luxury living, underscoring our ability to deliver spaces that are both practical and exquisitely beautiful.
