Project Summary

A leading insurance company required the main contractor to work with them on their existing tenancy along with the delivery of their new showcase Head Office in CBD’s premium office space of Jarden House. The proposed fitout works comprise of demolition of the existing tenancy fitout, primarily back to base build, and a new premium finished office fitout based on the ‘Flex’ workplace strategy including open plan work areas, meeting rooms, 1 x office and collaborative & support facilities.

Full demolition and new office fitout featuring STO Walls, Feature Joinery, Autex Feature Ceiling Tiles, a spacious kitchen with booth seating, several meeting rooms, a wellness room, and an open office plan. High-quality materials were selected for finishes along with customised joinery items that required a high level of detail.

Savory was able to work with the project team which involved members in Singapore and Australia and during the COVID-19 pandemic. Efficient communication and transparency meant the project was delivered successfully and to a high level of satisfaction.
