St Andrews Village - Stage 1 - 8

St Andrews Village started with Stage One in 2007. Throughout stages 1 - 7, Savory Construction worked to develop apartments, kitchen areas and common facilities.

Stage 8, The Terraces at St Andrews Village comprises of 3 Apartment Buildings and a Communal Facility. The 4 level Apartment Buildings incorporate ground floor car parking and 48 Apartments. The associated Communal Facility incorporates a restaurant, bar, entertainment room, lounges and movie theatre.

Construction was undertaken within the heavily built up village environment following the successful demolition scope. The Savory team managed the environmental impacts to the fully occupied neighbouring village community and nearby public spaces.
