Project Summary

Development of new warehouse and adjoining office building including associated loading bay canopy and a 2-levelcar park area.

Constructed with steel-frame predominantly, full-height precast concrete panel facade walls. Office space has concrete wall and floor construction, also steel-framed curtain wall glazing. The cladding includes long run metal profile sheeting around the upper region of the warehouse facade, and aluminium composite panel to parts of the office facade.

Roof to warehouse is a gable roof with long run profiled metal sheet on DHS purlins, with eaves gutters. Roof to office is mono-pitch roof with long run profiled metal sheet and waterproof membrane box gutters.

Building services are sprinklers, emergency lighting, mechanical ventilation, and plumbing.
